Mulching of play areas began today. I had asked because I have seen a lot of broken glass.
Town workers started the task but did not complete it due to some "drizzling rain"....I hope they will be back to complete it this week. I will call if they do not return in a timely manor.
I have e-mailed Deputy Commissioner today to find out when crew will be back to complete the mulching task.
